Who Must Follow These Guidelines<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>These Community Guidelines apply to:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Clients<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Contractors<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Freelancers<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Employers<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Job Seekers<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Agencies<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Business Owners<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Visitors<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Anyone using our platform<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Failure to follow these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, removal of listings, cancellation of bookings, permanent account termination, or legal action when appropriate.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>3. Honesty and Transparency<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Users may not:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Create fake accounts.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Impersonate another person or business.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Use false names.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Use fake business licenses.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Upload fraudulent certifications.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Misrepresent qualifications.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Submit fake reviews.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Purchase or sell reviews.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Manipulate ratings.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>6. Accurate Job Listings<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Clients must:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Provide truthful job descriptions.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Clearly describe project expectations.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>State payment expectations honestly.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Identify required licenses or certifications.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Avoid misleading advertisements.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Contractors should only accept work they are qualified and legally permitted to perform.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>7. Safe Work Environment<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Clients should provide:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Safe job sites<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Hazard information<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Required safety equipment when applicable<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Compliance with applicable workplace safety laws<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Contractors should:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Follow all safety procedures.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Use appropriate protective equipment.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Stop work when conditions become unsafe.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>8. Payment Integrity<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Users must:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Honor agreed payment terms.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Avoid chargeback fraud.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Not intentionally avoid platform fees.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Pay contractors according to agreements.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Complete payments through approved methods when required.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>11. Booking Responsibilities<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Clients should:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Arrive for scheduled appointments.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Cancel promptly when necessary.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Provide accurate project details.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Contractors should:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Honor confirmed bookings.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Notify clients immediately if delays occur.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Maintain professional reliability.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>12. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Do not:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Copy copyrighted materials.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Upload stolen photos.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Use logos without permission.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Copy another user\u2019s profile.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Use unauthorized trademarks.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Users remain responsible for the content they upload.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>14. Marketplace Integrity<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Users may not:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Manipulate search rankings.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Create duplicate accounts.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Circumvent suspensions.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Interfere with platform operations.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>20.
